Zinc and copper brands?

Hey all,
I'm low in zinc and copper and have no idea what brand is the best. I see on Amazon there's a Nature's Bounty chelated zinc, 50mg in each capsule. The back says "Zinc (as Zinc gluconate).
Is this a good one? Or is there a better one?
Also, what about copper? What brands do you guys take (for those who take them)?
Thanks for the advice.

That's a good zinc. I get everything from Vitalady, then there's no question if it's the right stuff because she takes it and she's one of us.

For Zinc I don't think the source matters like it does for other things. I use a chelated zinc and it is bringing up my levels.
Optizinc -  Idon't remember the manufacturer.

No idea on the copper.

Zinc: I take Puritan Pride chelated zinc, 50 mg. I think Nature's Bounty would be fine.

Copper: I take it in dry form. Biotech Cu-5 (5 mg)
