bacon, 2 eggs and 1/2 slice toast with coffee
homemade taco salad
granola bar - protein
chips and 1/2 chocolate bar and diet pop
carrots and cucumber just a few - food prepping for the week
sausage, cheese, pickles and crackers
pudding
sausage, yam, lettuce salad and cooked beets
2 small homemade meatballs
Vites: all in
Exercites: tons of housework and cooking
Feelings: good, had fun with hubby all day, we got lots done.
