B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done 
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Happy Thursday everyone,

Bites:

Protein shake with strawberries and banana

mixed nuts

chips and diet pop

4 tim bits

ham sandwich

tater tots from taco time

yogurt

tea and a few bites of a cake

apple and cheese

tea

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min of aquasize

Feelings: good was sick last night with gas pains from the stuff I ate but after swimming I went shopping and purchased healthy groceries and will do food prep today so I should be eating better.

No sit down meals here either. As soon as I try a sit down meal my sleeve seems to clamp up...mind of its own.

I know what you mean. Sometimes just one bite, and it's like someone slammed the front door shut. No food going in for a while. Ugh.
