Start saving money for PLASTICS or look for alternative options like the residents program if that is what is called.
I was on the same boat as you, looked good with clothes on, but felt depressed naked. I just had Tummy tuck, breast lift and even with all the swellings I look so beautiful and confident naked.
Good luck to you
You could if you wanted to. I am a struggling single mom of two with no child support and I managed to get it done. Get your credit score up and get a loan. I only had to pay $200/month. Other pay a bit more monthly, but it is nothing worse than a car payment. Where there is a will there is a way.

Please don't lose sight of how far you've come! Keep up the amazing work, keep staying active and healthy and if insurance pays of it YAY!!! if they do not, keep working hard, staying active and healthy and save money for as much time as you need to to have the surgery. It will be worth every single penny you spend. I'm going on 40,000 i'm spending total on my skin removal but I wouldn't change a second.
Maybe it's an age thing - but at 44, I'm not looking much worse than the average 40-something woman who's had a kid or 4. I find my confidence with lycra unergarments. To me, they are worth their weight in gold.

For insurance to pay for it, you will have to prove a medical issue/infection, skin lesions, what have you. That's going to take some time and work also.
Check out the cost to do it in Mexico. A lot cheaper than doing it in the USA, and you can have so much more done with the same amount it would cost you for a co-pay.
