Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - leftover chicken tenders, green beans, and mashed cauliflower...stuffed now
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

good day everyone

Bites:

protein shake - strawberry

1/2 banana

1 cup cereal, milk and boiled egg and a orange

peanuts

3 pieces ribs, spag and some beans

cheezies, and diet pop

3 more ribs, couple pieces of pork, spoon of corn and fried potatoes

revel

2 sugarfree cookies

Vites: forgot them at home, so never caught up - so missed some

Exercites: 1/2 hour dvd

Feelings: I have decided to change my weight-loss goal and just stay on maintenance for a while and keep an eye on things, my face and neck are getting really thin and I have lots of hanging skin on my neck. I don't want to lose anymore at this point. So I am going to keep up with exercise but not quite as intense as what I was.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Maintenance should work. Keep up the exercise to keep your metabolism working though.
