Bites:
pancakes made with egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese and splenda and cinnamon
2 turkey sausages
cheezies and diet pop
apple and cheese
peanuts (about a cup)
pizza (too much)
mint chocolates

Exercites: none
Feelings: good, I am starting fresh today (Sunday) and going to try to get back into the swing of things, my friend is leaving today which makes me sad, but I have to go back to work tomorrow. I really enjoyed the time off, I needed a holiday, so mentally I feel better about work.
