S - cup of blueberry Greek yogurt
D - 2 beef hotdogs w/cheese and onion and a hard cider

Ooh, BBQ that sounds like fun - they're normally very good for protein options!!
I made a start on my packing - I got all my vites in at least and my toiletries and sandals. Underwear, protein powder and general clothing go in tomorrow.

We North Carolinians changed "BBQ" from a function with friends to a shredded pork with vinegar-based sauce dish. lol I'll make it tomorrow--I got lazy this afternoon. The pork is done, I just need to shred it and add the sauce.
Sauce: white vinegar, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, some brown sugar Splenda, salt, pepper, garlic powder and liquid smoke.
