B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - beef chuck roast, gluten free gravy over mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:

Good day everyone
Bites:
protein shake with strawberry and banana
fruit, western omelete and 1 slice rye toast - brunch with a friend
left over stroganoff and a 3 perogies
chocolate bar and diet pepsi
bought chips but didn't eat them, maybe today lol
Vites: all in but had to stay up late to get them all in
Exercites: walking and shopping. I am down to 3 days a week this week. I hope to get in a couple more classes next week.
Feelings: overwhelmed, I have lots of housework to do and very little time. I have today off and have to go to the city for most of the day, so evenings will be for housework, should get curtains and livingroom finished by tomorrow, and then my room and the spare room are next, I have a friend coming for a few days, she actually lives in Turkey and is here on a business holiday, so I better get at it or she will be sleeping on the couch and it still smells like fresh paint.

Very busy day but good...no clinic.
Open house for our new clinic and the finger food was great!
B: bacon, protein shake
L: clam chowder
S: finger foods...primarily crab and curried chicken, tiny spring roll, 1brownie bite
S: few bites grilled pork
I'm stuffed! Will eat shrimp ****tail if I get hungry
