BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Good day everyone.

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake, I also add banana today

protein bar

hamburger and fries

finished a small bag of chips I had been eating the day before

beef strognoff with 3 perogies 

skinny cow ice cream cone

yogurt

Vites: all in

Exercites: 2 aqua size classes

Feelings: doing good

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I got in a 15 minute walk at lunch today - it was very nice weather for it, not too hot, not too (I sound like goldilocks, I know).

For some stupid reason I didn't include zinc in today's vitamins, so I'm playing catch up now.  I'm doing 250-300mg a day as I'd like to get towards the higher end of the healthy range, as my zinc dips way too easily.  My back up vitamins were very questionable as I've spil****er in my bag and wet vitamins go icky - I just found that out today!!   I'll re-bundle the emergency set when I next my vits.

It was perfect weather but I didn't get out to walk. 

Good luck with your vitamins. I know your zinc is giving you fits.

Hi Gina,
Late check in. Got out of clinic really late and met DH for dinner.
I know your comment about protein yesterday is right. I took a protein coffee to work today and forgot to drink it.

B: bacon, protein shake
S: muffin. ( having a bad day. Sigh)
L: snacked on shrimp ****tail while charting
D: 1 spring roll and a few bites of sweet and sour pork. (Whoops... Didn't stay down)

V: won't try my last batch tonight
F: ok
