I got in a 15 minute walk at lunch today - it was very nice weather for it, not too hot, not too (I sound like goldilocks, I know).
For some stupid reason I didn't include zinc in today's vitamins, so I'm playing catch up now. I'm doing 250-300mg a day as I'd like to get towards the higher end of the healthy range, as my zinc dips way too easily. My back up vitamins were very questionable as I've spil****er in my bag and wet vitamins go icky - I just found that out today!! I'll re-bundle the emergency set when I next my vits.

Late check in. Got out of clinic really late and met DH for dinner.
I know your comment about protein yesterday is right. I took a protein coffee to work today and forgot to drink it.
B: bacon, protein shake
S: muffin. ( having a bad day. Sigh)
L: snacked on shrimp ****tail while charting
D: 1 spring roll and a few bites of sweet and sour pork. (Whoops... Didn't stay down)
