S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and 3oz of leftover meat loaf
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choi
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/strawberries
VITES:

Chocolate Easter bunny - from mother in law

Ice cream treat
1/2 bag of another bag of chips and a green tea
Sherbet treat
Vites: all in
Exercites: helped with painting and taping the livingroom - son got most of it done for me, I just have the curtains to put up, I really like it.
Feelings: good woke up with a headache this morning but headed out for aquasize - I have a day off today

It's Wednesday and you STILL have Easter chocolate?? My Easter chocolate was consumed on Sunday - I have an amazing ability to make chocolate disappear!! ;-)
BTW I'm not totally bad - DH and I had one between the 2 of us. :-)

Happy camel day!! I had Monday off, but this picture still tickled me!!
Had a yummy breakfast sandwich as it was half price and it tasted like heaven!! I'm just no good at being a carb Nazi and it helped get today's protein number up (I'll only eat a sandwich if it's circa 30g protein). I wish I had some of your low carb will power Gina, not that I'm trying to say that you necessarily find it easy - it's just that you're just amazing!!
