BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - meat loaf and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/strawberries

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Good day everyone,

Bites: 

Strawberry shake

turkey bun

boiled egg

jelly beans

greek salad

turkey/stuffing with a bit of gravy and cranberries

strawberry shake

yogurt

Vites: all in

Exercites: 90 min doing aquasize with some friends

Feelings: starting to feel a little better, so things are looking up.

My food diary.

 

I'm on target for vites and water, too. This is a test of my DS. I really want to loose at least 10 lbs that I gained taking birth control pills. (I am now off them - I hate hormones and their side effects!)

Duodenal Switch hybrid due to complications.

The house smells delightful.  Hubs cooked bacon and eggs for dinner. My favorite!
