DS on 04/17/13

It was yesterday and was not a good one. It consisted of me being a nervous wreck and worried out of my mind. I sat for two hours in the docs office discussing my options after finding out I have a medium density soft tissue mass growing on my spine that is huge. They have to monitor it to determine whether it is aggressive or not and they still do not know if it is cancer. I am praying for benign slow growing tumor. More Ct-scans and biopsy coming. Any prayers are welcome.

Other than that..weight loss wise I did not make my Onederland goal that I wanted because I have been on prednisone for a week and the water weight is making the scale tip over. I am about 205...almost there.....Prednisone bloated me up to 211. I am very happy with my surgery. It has been a blessing and in all honesty the weight loss is what made this tumor visible on my back. So, finding it and doing something about it is important. I may have went a long time without knowing had I stayed fat.

I'll be thinking about and praying for you! I'm so sorry to hear that your day was ruined with this news!!! But, I must still say congrats on your one year mark and your felt eat weight loss. Keep us posted, I'll be checking for updates!!!
