Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - going out, so not sure yet (chocolate martini, wiener schnitzel and asparagus)
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Hello everyone,

Bites:

1/2 cup cereal, with 1/2 cup almond milk with and egg white and an orange

protein shake

1 cup of homemade beef veggie soup

chips, little chocolate eggs, diet pepsi

piece of farmer sausage, 1/2 cup rice and some green beans

1/3 of ice cream cone

Vites: all in

Exercites: washing walls, sweeping, mopping, laundry, ect ( all spring cleaning stuff done in livingroom, now I just have to paint and change the curtains)

Feelings: overall pretty good

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Late posting today but I luckily I don't have to be up early tomorrow as Friday is a holiday in the UK - yippee!! ;-)

Another long clinic day. I'm so tired.
Blew it again......2 bites of banana bread

B: bacon, protein shake
S: nothing
L: cottage cheese with 1T crushed pineapple
S: salami, cheese cubes, banana bread (2 bites)
S: iced protein coffee, 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese
D: leftover meatballs, spinach salad

V: one batch to go

Ugh, sorry. I wish they could do something more to keep your iron levels up and steady. I don't know if that would help though. My folks would comment that I looked tired by the afternoons too. Maybe I just need plastics on my face. Of course hubby says no.
