Hi guys,
Headed out of town this week on business. I may be a little scarce but I'll check-in as I can. You guys be good!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - going out, so not sure yet (chocolate martini, a few bites of a fries-something appetizer, house salad, and crab stuffed portobello mushroom  
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none, unless packing and driving in NOVA traffic counts

Good morning everyone, funny that your out of town this week Gina I have decided to take the week off from recording my food, so this is going to work out ok

This is Sundays Bites:

1/2 cup Kellogg Special K protein cereal, with 1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 orange

Strawberry protein shake

1 piece chicken with Chinese rice and noodles

all the snacks throughout the day were:

chocolate bar

cucumbers

sugar peas

strawberries

chocolate cupcake

small Dairy Queen sundae

2 cookies

sherbert

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Feelings: extremely depressed and struggling, I am finding ways to put less stress on myself this week. Everyone take care this week.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Aw Gina, I hope your trip goes well.

Woo hoo - I managed to get my doc to prescribe me 2 batches a day of calcium citrate... that's doubled from the original one.  That only leaves 6 batches a day for me to sort, he he.

Have an enjoyable week, Gina,
86 yesterday and it snowed this morning! Crazy!!
Got a leak in my blender bottle going into work....then 2 bites of cake jumped into my mouth....mindless eating, I'm really trying though

B: bacon, protein shake
S: nothing
L: egg salad
S: sipped on protein coffee/shake.
S: 2 bites of cake
D: hamburger (No bun), sautéed onions, spinach salad

V: one batch to gol
F: ok

Thanks, Gail. I hope your week goes well too. It's still warm here but I see cooler temps are on the way. The last time we were to come up here we had to wait for the roads to be cleared of ice and snow. That was only a month ago. lol  Anyway, I'm hoping we don't get snow while we're here this time.
