B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - leftover stir fried chicken w/Chinese cabbage and zucchini
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - fish nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Hey Happy Friday Everybody :)

strawberry protein shake

greek salad

protein bar

ham and oriental noodles

carrots

cucumber 

pea pods

yogurt 2 servings 

protein drink

1/2 piece of coffee cake

sherbet

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquasize

Feelings: good, I am doing ok, had coffee with a friend and had a good visit.

Duh, I left my lunch at home today so I bought a jacket potato from the sandwich guy followed by an emergency handbag protein bar not too long after, so I survived.  I'm clearly in need of a weekend though - he he!!

So far, so good. I haven't forgotten a protein coffee or anything at home. I've forgotten my electronic pass card to get into the building a few time though. lol

Hello,

I'm not sure that this is the best place to ask this question but it is about vitamins.

On the Vitalady plan she says to take

5 Tender Iron 60mg or 2 Polysaccharide =

300mg (elemental)

I have the Sundown Naturals perfect iron, (carbonyl) the dosage is 2 pills=50mg.

Do I take 12 pills at once then to equal the 300mg? I do not want to mess this up and take to many.

Thank you so much in advance!

I would take the 12 pills. I got my iron numbers on Vitalady's first carbonyl pills before she brought out the 60mg capsules. They were about the same as what you're describing.
