B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - stir fried chicken w/Chinese cabbage and zucchini
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:

evening batch: starting soon

Busy week and I'm beyond exhaustion as usual.....but have news.
Have repeat iron labs drawn tomorrow then an appointment with the hematologist AND the iron infusion Tuesday ! I hope it helps

Vites: all in
Exercites: 3 hours total for the day - toooo much
Feelings: starting to get overwhelmed, mostly about money but otherwise ok
