I think I forgot to post something this morning... 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - stir fried chicken w/Chinese cabbage and zucchini
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon  
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Hi Gina,
Busy week and I'm beyond exhaustion as usual.....but have news.
Have repeat iron labs drawn tomorrow then an appointment with the hematologist AND the iron infusion Tuesday ! I hope it helps

D: have turkey on the grill and will make a salad

Hey everyone,

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake

spinach salad and pineapple protein shake

meatloaf, and spoon of ww pasta and broccoli

protein bar

kelloggs special k portein cereal with almond milk

1 cup grapes

Vites: all in

Exercites: 3 hours total for the day - toooo much

Feelings: starting to get overwhelmed, mostly about money but otherwise ok

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

2 homemade tacos on hard corn shells w/ meat, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, cheese

4  - 6 spoonfuls of sugar free chocolate pudding mixed w/ lf cottage cheese (very thick & chocolatey

Vites: all done

Fluids: 90 oz.
