D - 3 oz crock pot beef chuck roast and a small salad
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

Anyway, Sumundo posted on the wrong thread, like I did the other day... what's got in to the 2 of us. I really have no idea why I did it and didn't notice 'til someone said.
Anyway, Easter is right around the corner - next week we have Good Friday off and the Monday is also a holiday in the UK - yippee!!

Well, I appreciate you making the effort to post the camel. lol I think Susan posted before she had had her first cup of coffee.
I don't think we get any time off around Easter weekend. I remember when I lived further South in the Bible belt, many folks used to get Easter Monday off and a lot of small businesses were closed.
