Good morning Major Mom,

I have been trying out different daily protein drinks I can have first thing in the morning.  I use to drink this and was fine, because wasn't as expensive as the rest, and you got more for you more.  But according to the GNC man wasn't absorbing all the proteins that were in there.

GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein – Chocolate Supreme

GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein – Chocolate Supreme - GNC PRO PERFORMANCE - GNC

Went to the store this weekend, and was encourage to get this because extremely high in protein but the taste was not that great, and the consistency was terrible.

GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ Platinum Edition - Chocolate

GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ Platinum Edition - Chocolate - GNC PRO PERFORMANCE - GNC

Yesterday return and was going to go back to my original above and was encourage to try this brand.  I wasn't going to because the so call better ones you do not get as much, and by the end of the month I will be back...However, I must admit, this appears to be the one...my body seems to take this in much better, the original one is made out of more milk, and I am an extremely lactose intolerant individual...my stomach didn't make as much noise....to none.  And by reading how I feel...this appears to be the best brand for me.

GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ - Chocolate   (This is the Winner!!!)

GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ - Chocolate - GNC PRO PERFORMANCE - GNC

Drinking a daily morning 40gram protein drink, in addition to sticking to my daily 53,000 IU of Vitamin D and my 2,400mg of calcium really helps with repair, and aches from aging and working out.

Go with the one that you'l drink and doesn't give you problems. Is the first ingredient whey protein isolate or what?

The first one is not isolate protein, but the second and the third one.

The third one is pricer, but it appears my body likes it and I am getting better nutrition.
