blood test results

Hi...
Results from blood test are in. Two concern me: B12 levels are high. If I'm reading the report correctly, over 2000. Normal is 200-1100.
And BUN/creatinine ratio is 36. Normal is 6-22. I know this can be caused by dehydration, and when I had my test, I hadn't had anything to drink for close to 24 hours. Could/would that cause such a high level?
Thanks!

It's ok to keep a B12 level over 1000 or even close to 2000. You might want to supplement your B12 ever other day to bring your level down a bit. Some people's B12 always runs high so it's definitely a your-mileage-may-vary (YMMV) kind of thing.
Sounds like dehydration on the BUN ratio. You should be drinking plan water like a fish always, even when you're vitamin and food fasting for labs.
