TGIF!!!   

 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz og water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - leftover fish nuggets and green beans w/corn
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none-busy

Ok well, here goes, lol Happy Friday Everyone

Bites:

2 coffee with splenda and coffee whitener

Strawberry Protein shake

1 slice of rye french toast and 2 turkey sausages

1 cup chili with beans

2 pieces Kentucky fried chicken and some fries and gravy

1/2 donut and a sweetened Tim Hortons coffee

2 beer sausage sticks

and Jelly Beans, way to many jelly beans

way over my calorie intake for the day, and my weight is up this morning, we went to see the grandkids yesterday so we got Kentucky fried chicken, and stopped for coffee on the way home, it is a 2 hour drive to see the kids.

Vites: all in

Exercites: 15-20 min on my treadmill walking and jogging intervals, really dragging my butt today.

Feelings: I need some time alone, I hope to get a few minutes of that this weekend.

I was in an all day meeting and succumbed to a muffin... weirdly no ill effects. I don't know if this is what's normal at 21 months out or what??

Like everyone else, I'm happy it's Friday! Short, quiet work day then home for a plumber visit for a new disposal.

L: few bites of cheese nachos (didn't settle so stopped eating)
