Bad eating day. .No excuses. Things just got out of hand. I was exhausted when I got up and cranky all day plus a busy clinic. Most everyone else was cranky too...maybe the weather.
Well, tomorrow's a new day
B: bacon, protein shake.

L: chicken and rice soup
S: almond joy, handful of peanut butter pretzel bites
D: bacon, protein shake
V: starting last batch
F: ok
E: work then came home and mopped and cleaned kitchen
This day would have been a good day for a nice glass of wine after dinner.
