BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz og water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting  
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none - back in the conference room

Good day everyone,

Bites:
Protein shake strawberry

snacked on a couple strawberries, carrots, cucumbers

yogurt 

protein shake chocolate with  1/2 a banana

protein drink -Breezer

3/4 serving of popcorn

2 pieces chicken thighs, 3-4 perogies, lettuce salad

1/2 bagel

1/2 ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: a total of 2 hours today 

Feelings: getting better

Whoops, a bit low on protein today... no wonder I was hungry again... must get my mind back in the game!! :-)

*ETA ended up on 125g protein as I was hungry and ate a yogurt and some fish sticks.

I love fresh strawberries! They are one of the lower carb natural sweet things you can eat.

Tornado watches ended up just north is us.
, but it's warm and muggy.
