S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz og water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - fish nuggets and salad

protein shake chocolate with 1/2 a banana
protein drink -Breezer
3/4 serving of popcorn
2 pieces chicken thighs, 3-4 perogies, lettuce salad
1/2 bagel
1/2 ice cream
Vites: all in
Exercites: a total of 2 hours today
