Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of Greek yogur****bl of little blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - Italian capicola 2 oz maybe
L - protein shake [6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 2 oz oz og water and a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - stir fried pork w/ green onions and zucchini 
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking - 2 laps

Boo hoo - the liquids don't help that much... in place of brain surgery I propose a re-sleeve!!   I feel like my stomach's a bottomless pit!!  I'm not really a candidate for it weightwise, but I can dream of the good ol' days.

Did you weigh in today at your new diet program? How did it go?

I read about folks who can eat normal sized meals and I'm thinking, yeah, maybe when I grow up. Still lots of restriction and I thank all the protein shakes ILO of dense protein.

It wasn't good... I tried to defy the knowledge of the vets and came unstuck.  I figured that it's a high protein diet with fruit that works for normies and the only thing I did was add in some fat as we don't absorb that... boo hoo!!
