Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2] 
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup  of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - big garden salad [2 cups]
D - 1/4 of a bunless McDonald's 1/4 Pounder with Cheese and a few fries...sitting like a brick 
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done + yesterday's dose
evening batch: starting soon
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Where's Sumundo??  Sometimes I feel like popping in and just saying 'hi' just to post before, but she's normally posted by now and I miss her!! :-)

I had lunch out with DH and my parents as it's my mom's birthday during the week.  The ribs were good!!

Hi Gina,
Hate that brick feeling.
First of several retirement parties for my DH last night.
Beautiful, sunny and warm today. 80's next week.
Wearing shorts and tank top

B: protein shake
S: pumpkin bread (BBF had already got it for me)
L: cheese nachos
S: protein shake
D: grilling something outside,,,,not sure what

V: one batch to go
F: ok
E: yard work, washed outside windows, rearranged closets, planted some flowers and changed out duvet covers.....I'm tired!

Hello, Sorry didn't have time this morning to check in - so late today

Bites: 

1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1 slice rye toast 

chicken cheese bacon wrap from Tim Hortans

Cheezies and diet pepsi

garlic sausage (smokie) and 1/2 cup of mac and tomatoes with peas

Vites: all in

Exercites: none, but lots of walking at the hospital - and my son is 31 years old and he is doing good, had his appendix taken out last night.

Feelings: I'm ok, just tired and unmotivated at the moment

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I'm hoping we get the grass seed put out today, it's the perfect drizzly kind of weather. We need to place our order for weather like Gail is having this week--80 degrees and sunny.  {sigh}
