B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake [6 oz 1/2 & 1/2, 3-4 oz water, a heaping scoop of protein powder]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chicken tenders and fried pickles
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: missed
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
none, stuck in the conference room

Hello everyone,
Bites:
strawberry protein shake
1/2 bagel with peanut butter
small banana
pineapple yogurt thing - from store
cheese stick
chili cheese dog - restaurant
small banana
Vites: missed lunch and took supper and bedtime together
Exercites: 40 min at the base
Feelings: I had to take my son to the hospital with stomach issues as an emergency so headed to get him right after my workout at the base, so sweaty gym clothes and all off to the hospital, I stopped at a store and picked up the banana, yogurt and cheese and called that lunch but no pills everything was at home. So had supper in the hospital with hubby, he came to the hospital around 5:30 and we went to the cafeteria and ate, so chili cheese dog, bothered my stomach all evening and no purse with tums in it because it was at home, just had taken my wallet for id. Anyway got home after 1am and have to head back today, they are doing tests on him for the next couple days, they think it might be Crohns disease, so we will see. Anyway had a great workout yesterday and busy day, no weight loss today but under lots of stress, glad I have today off to I guess spring cleaning has to wait. lol
I am fine, just tired, and he is medicated so he is ok for now.

I'm sitting here with my nose running as the curry I've got is that hot!! I don't normally go this hot, but I chose heat over sweetness in an attempt to nix the sugar.
