B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - white chicken chili [2 cups]
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - likely going out to dinner-White Russian, 6-ish fried oysters, a few fries, and a couple of bites of banana pudding

Good day everyone
Bites:
strawberry protein shake
protein bar - 1/2 before workout other 1/2 after
ham and cheese wrap with mushroom soup with 1 package of crackers - restaurant
1/2 of nuts
apple
banana chocolate protein shake
small chocolate ice cream sundae - dairy queen I wanted something big but made a reasonable decision I think
Vites: all in
Exercites: last training session done - hard workout for 45 min straight
Feelings: I am still going to count calories and pay attention to the amount of food I put in my mouth along with the kinds. And today is my day off exercise so I love Saturday's. and I work from 3 pm to 11 pm so that will take up a lot of my day. So overall I'm doing good, working on an exercise plan.
I wish you could see how hard I worked but the video's are on my facebook and this group is where I really say how it is and I wouldn't want anyone that know me to know about this place, my safe place for feeling and the truth. Thanks everyone for that.

OK, so I'm seriously toying with the idea of going to a slimming club on Monday and doing it for 6 weeks which is when I go on holiday. If I could get off a couple of lbs a week in that time then I'd be happy. I'll still be looking to stay protein focussed, but I think going to a meeting will do me some good.

Cleaned the Winter out of my car. Think I sucked up 10 lbs. of road salt with the vacuum.
