B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and a cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 4 Tbl of blueberries and Splenda
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - 3 ham and cheese roll-ups
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chef salad or fish nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

Good morning everyone,
I was want to mention, the weight I am this morning I have not been at in the last 9 years. I have been working my butt off and trying to watch my eating and yesterday I was at 213.3 I have been there twice before - once was about 5 years ago for like a day and the other time was yesterday, so I was ok I did it that has been the lowest I have gotten, so I ate a little more then usual yesterday thinking it can't be true, it won't last, so today I weigh in and I am at 212.5 I can't believe it. I have been in the 220 area for the last 2-3 years so this is amazing, now I need to set another mini goal so maybe 200 is doable.
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake with 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt in it
protein bar
bean salad -black bean/ chickpea, onion, tomato and red pepper - with lime and oil dressing with chicken breast
orange
banana chocolate protein shake
2 eggs with 2 turkey sausages and some fried potato
blueberry greek yogurt
2 mini chocolate bars
sugarless cookie
sherbert ice cream
Vites: all in
Exercites: 40 min with the trainer and 20 min walking a mile
Feelings: I am going to be excited today, and I have to do a cardio workout at home, my final evaluation for my fitness trainer is tomorrow. At this moment things are pretty good.

Oh dear - I'm not walking the straight and narrow. I ran out of yogurt (I got some groceries delivered this evening) and well, caved on the naughty stuff!! :-S Oh for a personal chef to make me healthy stuff!! ;-)
On a different note, I did get up last night and I got my strontium in... boo hoo!!
