Which labs should I get done?

Hi all! I'm 3 1/2 months out and I was going to get my labs done. Could you let me know where I can find a list of lab work I should get done and appropriate codes. How often should I have these labs run? Thank you!

These are suggested by Vitalady. My surgeon's office does a script almost identical.
