Happy Tuesday,

Well I don't really want to report on yesterday, because all I can think about is BLOWN IT - in exercise, work and food. Total write off day - but I will report

Bites:

Protein shake - strawberry

Protein shake

piece of apple cake

2 cookies

2 eggs, bacon, 1 slice rye toast

celery and peanut butter

orange

nuts

strawberry protein shake

bag of nibs- like licorices

hamburger, fries, and pop

large diet pop to

Vites: ended up taking supper and bedtime together because I forgot at supper

Exercites: very sad workout, can't even really count it/ though I have to count it against myself for one of my free 15 ones - I was babying a sore hip

Feelings: embarrassed about behavior at work with boss, embarrassed about behavior at the gym and embarrassed to post on here about my eating

So yesterday was a write off so I am so happy I get to start fresh today, I am off to aquasize with my trainer to make up for yesterday and I am on days off so I can avoid my boss for a couple days, and I can start fresh with my eating today and hope I didn't gain to much weight from the eating yesterday.
