Happy Saturday Everyone, it is bright and early here and I am done my exercise for the day, pulled a muscle in my butt, from jumping jacks. Not my finest hour.

Bites:

strawberry protein shake

greek yogurt

orange

meat and cheese

1/2 frozen meal - just couldn't do it :(

protein bar Vector

5 mini donut holes

chicken cutlet/ rice/ broccoli

1 mini chocolate bar

100 cal sherbet popsicle

Vites: all in

Exercites: none headache and tired yesterday unless laundry counts and putting things away, I'm one day behind in my reporting 

Feelings: not great, work was slow and I just kept putting my head on my desk, sooo tired,  it was a long day

Off to work right away, hope everyone is well today

I think I am doing a protein day for most of the day, shakes, greek yogurts, protein bars - that kind of stuff

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Ooh, you're menu has be jonesing for stir fry... I hope I used that correctly - that's not a British phrase, but I thought I'd take a stab at using it!!   I'm think I'm a stir fry addict!!

I've been going for SF egg custard today in an attempt to reduce the amount of carbs I have... oh for the good ol' days when I had a little sleeve!!
