evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
none-I've been stuck in the conference room all week

Woo Hoo Happy Friday Everyone, 

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake with yogurt in it

protein bar

yogurt and piece of cheese

chef salad

cashews

apple

1/2 protein bar - rest fell on ground lol

roast beef, mashed potato and gravy with carrots - restuarant

2 mini chocolate bars and single serving chips and diet Pepsi

1/2 piece of beer sausage

Vites: all in

Exercites: 50 min with trainer

Feelings: happy I like Fridays even if I do have to work this weekend, there is just something about Fridays. Maybe cause it is jean day at work.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

OK, so I didn't jump rope (not quite located it yet), plus I remembered a workout secret after I got up... going to bed in your exercise gear.  I'm only planning on doing 15 mins in the lounge initially, so sports bra on the night before it is then!! 

Anyways, protein is a tad on the low side today - I may have something extra in the evening... maybe low carb custard made with real eggs, cream and Splenda.
