D - chicken tenders
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

none

Happy Thursday Everyone, It's payday for me so I am very happy today, lol

Bites: peanut butter, banana, chocolate shake

greek yogurt and string cheese

chef salad ( one more day then will have to think of something different)

2 pieces celery with peanut butter

chocolate bar (hungry shopping after work)-didn't have a protein bar with me in my purse

hamburger helper with 1 1/2 slices whole wheat bread - had a bit to much, hope it doesn't affect me today

banana pudding

single serving chips and some diet pop

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour but very sore, so not as good as usual

Feelings: good, didn't sleep as good as I would have liked to but other than that I feel  good. Looking forward to my training session today, but my stomach is sore from core exercises, so I hope I can do it.

Yay - we're having transatlantic stir fry - DH makes it very yummy!! :-)  Now if I could just get some protein ice cream I'd be set 

I'm contemplating dusting off my jump rope as I need to get my butt in gear... and by dusting off I mean finding it, he he!!

Hi Gina,
Woke up and felt the best I've felt in 2wks. So it's off to Houston tomorrow. Then my next cruise is in 3 weeks!!!
Busy day at work ...what's new. Lol

B: bacon, protein shake

D: working on a whole foods chicken pot pie
