Happy Wednesday Everyone, well back to work after 3 days off, and we didn't get the storm last night that was forecast, so pretty happy

Bites:

strawberry protein shake

1/2 banana

protein bar

small orange juice

homemade chef salad

serving size chips and a diet pop

yogurt

piece of fish, few fries and peas - homemade meal

baked a couple pieces of pineapple with cinnamon  on it

Vites: all in

Exercites: 50 min with personal trainer

Feelings: I wish I could say excited about today, I have work then I have to do my workout, and make supper, so I'm good, I will stick with that today.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I saw the endo today and she said my calcium's fine and that there's no reason why I shouldn't have calcium carbonate... really??  I give up, I just give up... please beat it into me that carbonate is no good.  It's just so hard to stand your ground when a medical professional is saying to you should have something that you know is useless!! 

I explained that my D was low and PTH was high and only got them back in range thanks to correct supplementation (thanks to your advice).

I really don't think medical professionals know anything about over the counter supplements. They know how to treat over doses of a few things but that's about it. Keep doing what you're doing. : )
