VITES:

evening batch: starting 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none--went tanning

Happy Holiday Monday Everyone,

Bites:

Shake - 1/2 cup yogurt - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1/2 a banana - 1 tbsp low carb pb and 1/2 cup water, 2 ice cubes and powder

 2 coffee with creamer

3/4 cup oatmeal - 2 tbsp brown sugar and a bit of milk

3 slices brick cheese - 1/2 apple and couple pieces of cucumber

roast pork - mashed potato - beets- corn - salad - 2 mini tomatoes ( about a spoon full of each thing besides the pork)

caramel popcorn with 1 glass of diet pop

Vites: all in

Exercise: 1/2 hour of interval training

Feelings: I am having a hard time with the evening eating yet (caramel popcorn) other then that the day was ok I thought. I had a headache most of the day but after lots of rest and drugs (aspirin) it went away. And I went to bed early so lots of rest yesterday, I hope today is a better day

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Oooo,  I don't have them on a spreadsheet, but would like to.  Can you send me a link and I will do that.  Usually I do the back and forth thing. Report to report.  Gets dizzy sometimes . LOL
