Happy Wednesday Everybody - it's hump day WooHoo
This for me is my Sunday I am back to work tomorrow for 3 evening shifts.
Bites:
Protein shake
Bacon n egger with hashbrown and small orange juice at A&W
Protein shake
few cheezies and diet pop
1 cup mixed nuts
ham, rice, scalloped pot. and mixed veggie,
plain greek yogurt with strawberries and bran buds - not good I will stick to my yogurts
and a bit of an ice cream cone
Vites: all in
Exercites: 50 min with trainer and 30 min at Curves
Feeling: exhausted muscles. I hurt and I find that odd, I have been working out for the past 5 weeks 6 days a week and I changed it up and bit and everything hurts, I am not happy about that. Today I am doing aquasize in the city I hope that helps. Other then that I feel good overall. I still want to complain about my eating, I am having to much for supper and I go to bed to full. I keep frustrating myself, other then that all is good

How did the HQ visit go? How much snow have you gotten?

D: pork (14), 1/2 sm baked potato, salad. (Not sure it'll stay down. . )

Guess I really need to up my protein
Everything at HQ went well yesterday. My government lead and I knew our stuff but left our subject mater experts feeling they were still the exterts. Happy balance.
Poor Newton stepped of the front step this morning and the snow came up to his belly. He turned around and came right back in. I'll have to shovel him a pee path. lol
