back and switched
Congrats! I am 3 months out today so I can only offer the tips from the begining :) Focus on resting and getting your fluids in. Take it slow but move when you can. And if you have a bad day... just remember you are one day closer to your goal and feeling normal again. If you have days that you say "what the heck did I do to myself" (and you will lol) hang in there and every day will get slightly better. The farther I got out the better I felt.... after a few weeks I felt almost normal... Find some foods that you like and that will help at each stage to help you survive the begining lol
Good luck

Im almost 4 weeks out from surgery and I second this. It is tough at first but it does get a bit better with each passing day. Just stay positive and keep trying your damnedest to reach your goals. Congratulations on finally getting switched and enjoy the journey to a new and healthier you.
