Protein Advice Please
100gr of protein isn't that much if you are eating protein foods. Try making tuna, chicken, ham salad. Then there's always bacon and beef jerky too. Find the protein foods you really like and eat more of them. You don't need to rely on shakes and bars to get your protien in.
How about meatballs with som marinara dipping sauce? Chicken thighs smothered in mozz and topped with pepperoni and marinara. So many choices!
You would need 50 protein pills per day to give you what you need. Egg White protein is much more palateable for me and doesn't mess up my insides like whey. I enjoy it whenever I cannot eat well enough in a day and mix it with coffee. Ricotta cheese is my savior. It has 7g for each quarter-cup. You can make it sweet with vanilla and chopped pistachios for a wonderful treat, or add some tomato sauce and melted gooey cheese for a wonderful savory feast. Take your pick.
