Sorry, I should have checked one more step to make sure I really understood the process. In better software you would have an option to browse to your picture and just double click on it to add.

Gina (MajorMom) has the best way in her post. If you go to your profile (see the drop down by your name upper right) you will be able to upload pictures first to your profile and then copy them to your posts. Here is one I added and copied. The upload from pictures in your profile does allow you to browse to the picture on your PC.

Once you have copied the picture to your profile you should be able to use the instructions at this link to copy it into your post.

Note: When I do this in windows 8 the option is listed as "copy image" not just "copy". I used this process to paste the image below from my profile photo album.

I hope this helps. Not as easy as I first thought it would be.

This is a little confusing but it helps them keep a little more control over space used on the site.

I just tried to post a pic, but it does not give the option to upload a picture...it asks for "source", "Image", "description", and "Dimensions." How do I upload a pic with that info?
