Hi Gina,
It is SO cold here. I wonder how I ever lived up north.
Protein check today. I'd planned to eat more steak but couldn't do it. . May have to do another shake tonight

Travelled over 42 miles one way in the ice storm this morning to work at another office. Scary in some parts, further south, just rain.
