Sick as a Dog

I haven't really spent a lot on vitamins because I just bought a multi, calcium, b12, and im waiting on my d3 to get in because im very low in it so i have t o play catch up. But so dar i have only spent less than $75. As for protein supplements I have bought three containers at $35 a piece.
After my surgery, I didn't like any protein powder sample I had. I added some sugar free chocolate syrup to the shake - enough to take the funny tasting edge off. That helped me get the drinks down.
You can live without your vitamins, protein, etc for a month if you need to. And I felt like I wa**** by a bus for the first 6 weeks. Not eating, the healing, not sleeping well - I fell into a depression on top if it all. That lifted when I started eating and taking my vits. It's a process we all have to live through.

I'm trying to remain positive as to not depress myself but it isreally tough. I'm doing a lot better with my fluids. Just still having bad nausea. Silverling of all of this is that I am down 24 lbs from surgery and 40 total.
