Not at all but I'm 6 1/2 years out. It might have the first few months post-op but didn't know to try it then. Your sweet spot for fats and oils change through the years but 2 oz of HWC in a protein coffee is not an issue for most DSrs. The diarreha warning you hear via medical folks is something left over from the old BPD surgery, we don't seem to have it nearly as bad with the newer DS.

I'm not great with lactose but heavy cream is very low in lactose. Start stripping out the fat and the lactose goes up significantly even in light cream or half and half.
