Nausea. It sucks.

You may be dehydrated, which also causes nausea.  An IV with fluids may be helpful.

Thank you for the words of encouragement.  I'm looking for a dietician that nows something about DS in hopes that it will help me a bit.

For whatever reason the idea of pickles didn't make me ill so I had 2 low sodium (kosher dill), It helped me be okay with cooking some nasi goreng with some ground veal for the munchkins and was able to get down a whole portion without being ill (before the flu I had been sticking to low/no carb all the time).  I know it wasn't good for me but if it's the stepping stone I needed, I'm ok with it.  I just finished a mini veal patty with cheddar cheese (about 3 small bites/one giant bite).  My stomach feels a lot less ok with the veal but I'm happy I got it in.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better as well.

For curiosities sake, when can we start eating steak?  Sometime after week 8 I imagine.

I feel like I'm only able to keep 2 of my 3 plates spinning while taking care of the children (liquid/vitamins or liquid/food).

Could I possibly complain more?  Sorry.  I really appreciate all of the replies.

On the IV note, I'm not even sure where I would go for such a thing (when I need one) around here.  I imagine not an ER, especially my local one (waited 26 hours to be seen when I broke my ankle 4 months ago).
