My kitchen cabinet doors don't squeak when I open them now and the nobs are tight. kiss

Ha!  I didn't know mustard greens were known anywhere but the southern US. I just boil them in a little water, bacon grease, and a pinch of salt and sugar. I use Truvia instead of sugar but the results are the same. I'll have to look up the Cantonese version.

Hi everyone!  Slept much of the day recouping from working last night.  Went grocery shopping and found cocoa roasted almonds.  Oh my word...they are GOOD!  And only 3g more carbs per 1/4 cup than regular roasted almonds.  Bought some other new foods to try too

B- 1 egg, sausage crumbles

L- n/a

S- snacked on probably a cup total of the cocoa almonds here and there

S- Light and Fit greek yogurt, granola/almonds on top

D- making chicken alfredo with broccoli.  I bought those Shirataki noodles to try since they are almost 0 carbs.  We shall see if like them...

S- weigh****chers dark chocolate raspberry ice cream bar (12 carbs, 2 fiber, 2 protein).  Hopefully they are good too :)

Shirataki noodles were HORRIBLE :(  Ate a few bites of regular pasta instead.  But they were worth a try.

I've had those cocoa almonds, they are really good.  : )

Those noodles take some practice from what I hear...lots and lots of rinsing and the more rinsing.

Oh, I'd take 75 degrees right now! We aren't getting your weather this time. What's up with that?

Good news, bad news. Sorry, Gail. I wish they could figure out what's wrong.
