Hello everyone.
Well today on my day off I have done ok, did live threatre last night with hubby so wasn't on the site.
Today Bites:
B: protein shake, no yogurt in it - just a couple frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water
S; small bowl of cereal and 1 slice toast with pb
S: some chips and diet Pepsi
D: 2 fish fillets a few oven done fries, brussel sprouts and beets
S: couple bites of ice cream cone then gave it to hubby.
Vites: all in except bedtime
Exercites: none
Feelings: had a rough morning emotionally but after a rest this afternoon started to feel better. Still not happy with adult children. I hope things inprove

The ice got us too. There was a line between freezing rain and just rain about 1/2 a mile north of my house. Guess which way I had to travel to work? I got to work so early they hadn't salted the streets, parking lot or sidewalks. Dicey trek into the building.

Protein Coffee
brew a pot of your favorite coffee - we like chocolate raspberry (you can also brew chai tea and use in place of coffee)
In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of cool water, or 4 oz of half & half, a packet of Truvia or Splenda, a couple of dashes of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds to blend
Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with coffee
Sir to blend and enjoy!
Always add hot liquid to cold protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping.
Always check the ingredients of a protein powder before you buy it to ensure the first ingredient listed is whey protein isolate. Don't trust the splashy label on the front.
