Hi guys,
I've been doing pretty dang good at not grazing--like Susan says, it's a head thing. I'm hoping I can do this for 28 days and make it a new habit. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - leftover meatloaf and few bites of coleslaw 
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Gina you're like a machine.  After I post I need to go and put some peanuts in my bag as I never think of them in the morning.

I didn't do so well with the protein.  Maybe I'll start on the Greek yogurt again.

Hi guys.  Wasn't going to post today because my eating was down right shameful.  Ugh!  I was doing well and the scale started to move, and then today was just a disaster.  Grrrr!  I need surgery on my brain too lol

B- 1 fried egg, sausage crumbles

B2- Light and fit greek yogurt, granola/almonds on top

S- Potato chips...I have no idea how many I ate, I was eating them pretty mindlessly :(

L- Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich with 1/2 bun removed (ate this in 2 sittings), about 1/2 of a regular coke

S-  Reece's candy bar

S- 1 rotisserie chicken thigh

D- chicken enchilada on low-carb tortilla 

Lap DS with Dr. Kemmeter 12/17/12

HW: 274.5 -- SW: 266 -- GW: 130?

Here's hoping the grease on the chips will help wash the carbs on through. Start again tomorrow and good luck!

You're amazing!
Well....scale was down 9 now up 4 so I guess that's a net loss of 5. Back where I've been for the last 18mo. Grrrrr
Bad stomach day!!

Very late am: few slices of deli meat. (Felt sick all afternoon)
D: 3 shrimp. (Didn't work)

Yes, we still have Newton. Let's see....he must be 5 years old going on 6. He's a Daddy's boy though and I've threatened to buy a little girl shih tzu that will be all mine. No new puppy in the house right now.
