I went to the dentist today and have been advised to floss AND use interdental sticks in the name of gum disease prevention.  I'm OK for now, but they just want me to be careful... I'm doing the same routine I've been doing for decades but now I have to step up the effort a little, oh well I guess I got a bronze star - next visit hopefully a gold one ;-)  I think it's all part of getting older, boo hoo

I go next week. I don't even want to think about what they're going to tell me. All the peanuts I eat is taking a toll on my poor teeth.

Meeting at corporate office. The  lunch they served was horrible, so I picked the hard boiled eggs out of the spinach salad and ate them.  Got some funny looks.  Hehehee

Good evening all

Not the best eating day, but could have been worse

B: protein shake no more yogurt in it just the shake with 1/2 almond milk and water

S : peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a banana (boss gave me the banana, just saying)

L: meat and cheese sandwich

S: small bag of chips (vending machine at work) oh and a diet Pepsi

D: pork chop, pasta, salad and Brussels sprouts

Vites: all in except bedtime

Exercites: not today was suppose to go walking with a friend but she ended up feeling sick today

Feelings: ok, I am glad Thursday is coming, I have Friday off and Thursday night Hubby and I are going to live theatre, so pumped about Thursday, come on 3pm I want to be done work and enjoy my days off.

I know to many carbs, I am going to work on it, I just find taking a sandwich to work so easy and I need one by 9:30 and another by 12 noon and I feel satisfied, I think it may be a head thing, nothing else seems to work.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
