Merry Christmas

Hello all, I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas or Happy Holiday, whichever works for you. I have been on this site for years and have taken a bit of a break, I needed to just sit back and do some reevaluating about some stuff. Not really the food stuff, more life stuff, lots of change for me in the last few months and I took it hard, yesterday my counselor of 8 years called me and we got to say goodbye, he was fired 3 months ago and I didn't know and had not heard from him, so lots of issues around that, made some decisions about giving gifts at Christmas that seemed right at the time that now were not good at all, so that kind of sucks.

Funny how at this time of year, things seem to be clear in my head and that really is not the case, not even a little bit, at least that is my experience.

So as for today, I am going to relax til I have to go to work at 3pm til 11pm. We are going to make our turkey on New Years I work 9 -3 so my hubby will cook it, that excites me, a man cooking in the kitchen. lol

Merry Christmas to you also! Dont you hate it when you finally make up your mind to do something, and you might even be proud of yourself that you have finally made a decision, and your happy with it, and then as the situation develops you have to wonder, "What was I thinking"? Its just being human... try not to beat yourself up about it. Nobodys perfect...... and whoever it is that you think that you have dissappointed, cant expect you to be..... Dont sweat it... Love and light...lol Tomorro is another day...
