Walking on ice?  Please don't tell me the weather is already that bad in your neck of the woods.  I had to de-ice my windshield this morning, but otherwise it's OK here.

I got my labs done today and I took a batch of vits straight after, so now it'll be back to usual I hope - I pooed for England a couple of times this morning and can only attribute it to not taking vites for the last 24 hours!! kiss

Protein could've been better but the hospital took A LOT longer than I expected as I spent more than 30 minutes trying to park as there was gridlock in the multistorey.

B Decaff protein coffee 30
S Greek yogurt 20
L Sausage casserole 30
D Sausages 20

Protein: 100
F 72+
V Evening batches only - blood work done

It just missed us. All we had was rain. Roz is getting the snow and we were supposed to get freezing rain...same storm system.

Sounds like you had a very busy day. Ah, and you got your Greek yogurt.

BITES:

BITES:

BF:hard boiled eggs

L: cold chicken with tomato and cucumber slices

D: Sausages and mashed cauliflower

Snacks: cottage cheese.  salami, few squares of sugar free chocolate which my tummy told me to never eat again (ouch)

VITES: all done apart from an iron tablet

EXERCITES: walked dog for an hour.

NSV: went to the movies with hubby (Hunger Games) and ate no movie food at all, usually a big weakness for me.  It is summer in NZ and very hot so the nuts and icy cold beers looked good, as did the popcorn!!!

Hello All!

Still in back to basics mode. I don't tolerate refined carbs well, at all. They make me sick and gassy. For the past few weeks, I've been trying to switch things up and I've been doing a Paleo diet as opposed to simply low carb high protein like I normally follow. The jury is still out, but the weight is not budging below 180. I was hoping to be at 130-140 after the bounceback from my lowest weight. Some people have no trouble getting to goal and maintaining. I have not been so lucky. Perhaps it's my PCOS and inability to lose, but I will carry on.
B-Omelet with sausage and almond cheese
B-Coffee w/almond, coconut milk & a bit of xylitol
L- 2 medium sized organic grilled beef patties
S-Coffee & hand full of almonds
D-Homeade cashew garlic chicken
S-coconut butter w/ small piece of almond & sea salt dark chocolate

118 protein
9 grams carbs
All 4 batches of vites
100+ oz water
30 min walk & lower body weight lifting

Happy Turkey Day prepping everyone!

You seem to be doing everything right. Even if it takes a little longer to get the metabolism's attention, don't give up.
