Broke my mirror today....

I am from way back on this forum.   I cant take it any longer.  I  Looked into the mirror today....darned if I didtnt break it....That bad... yeppers.....that bad.  

I need a plastics doc  big time.  Anybody have suggestions on who is dynamite in the different body areas for us weight loss graduates

Or....can you tell me if there is another web site where this is the discussion of the day.  I dont wanna come out of surgery looking like
