I'm with you, Gina!

Thinking back, I think I started gaining when I changed my protein shakes. I know calories aren't supposed to matter, but i think I drink too much cream, I'm going to try changing things around.

Between medicine for my stomach and flexeril for my back, haven't felt like myself. So, just had a lazy weekend.

B: bacon, protein shake
S: protein coffee
L: hot dogs, 1 slice WW bread
D: nachos

V: almost done
F: ok
E: Nap, stairs at the gym

All I've done differently is drink more plain water and I'm not drinking diet cranberry juice with Splenda or decaf chai tea with Truvia. Wow!

Do you water down your cream before making the protein coffee?  Maybe reduce the cream just a little more. There are little or no carbs in cream. Are you getting less than 50 carbs a day? Drinking plain water? Give it a try. : )

My breakfast shake is half cream and half almond milk. My protein coffee is about 1/8c cream diluted with water, I stopped and got some 1/2 and a/2 on the way home
